The assignment of our temporary workers is carried out according to our General Terms of Service attached to our contracts, and under the following specific conditions, which the client company acknowledges and expressly accepts before placing any order:
1) Working Hours
The rate applies for a standard 7-hour working day. Minimum billing: 4 hours.
2) Overtime
Overtime is charged in accordance with legal provisions, only if the temporary worker works more than 35 consecutive hours during the week for the same client company.
3) Night Work, Sundays, and Public Holidays
In the event of night work (between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM), on a Sunday, or on a public holiday, rates are increased in accordance with current regulations.
4) Transportation
Reimbursed based on public transportation costs (RER, Metro, regional trains – ACOSS scale in effect) from our agency, or kilometer rate (tax scale) if traveling by car when the destination is not accessible by public transport.
5) Meal Allowances
Charged in addition as defined by the client company’s collective agreements, for a minimum of 5 hours of work.
6) Rates
Rates are applied according to the salaries defined by sector-specific collective agreements and/or based on the information provided by the client. Rates are adjustable in line with changes to the minimum wage (SMIC).
7) Cancellations
If a temporary worker has left our agency or their home, a minimum of 2 hours plus transport costs will be invoiced.

Our working hours, from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, allow us to respond to urgent requests and last-minute needs.
