Our event technicians work on all types of events, including sports events, meeting room setups, shows, receptions, and stand installations.
Main Mission
The technician may, for example, set up and dismantle a stand, restock a stand’s supplies, and install event activities. They may also load and unload goods from trucks and assist the event manager with various tasks, including handling, installation, and organization.
Basic Skills
- Load and unload heavy or sensitive goods, products, stands, or event and show equipment.
- Sort and distribute packages or merchandise according to instructions (coding, size, weight, quantity, etc.).
- Move products to storage areas.
- Store products or merchandise according to expiration dates and storage requirements.
- Perform inventories and check the technical condition of equipment or furniture.
- Identify product characteristics.
- Detect and report damaged or missing items.
- Maintain event venues and workspaces.
- Keep the workstation clean and organized.
