Main Mission
Laborers
Laborers carry out traditional masonry work, including wooden formwork, reinforced concrete, laying materials (cinder blocks, bricks, stone), and finishing works.
Construction Workers
These workers support our masons by assisting with the installation of materials (cinder blocks, bricks, stone), preparing concrete manually or with a mixer, delivering tools, using power tools (screwdrivers, hammer drills, jackhammers), and maintaining site cleanliness and safety.
Demolition Workers
Demolition workers perform clearing, dismantling walls, ceilings, and floors, operate power tools (hammer drills, jackhammers), and ensure the site is clean and secure.
Required Experience or Training
All our employees have significant experience and/or training (CAP, BAC in construction) in rehabilitation or renovation projects. They are evaluated based on their experience and the tasks they have performed in previous roles.
