I. Assignment Operations

  • Is it possible to hire temporary staff for a short period ?

Yes. Assignments can be arranged for a full day, half a day (minimum 4 hours), or for longer periods depending on your needs.

  • Is it possible to quickly replace a temporary worker if necessary ?

Yes. If a temporary worker becomes unavailable, we do everything possible to provide a replacement as quickly as possible. We maintain a pool of temporary workers to ensure responsiveness.

  • Do temporary workers benefit from a trial period ?

Yes. In accordance with applicable regulations, temporary workers benefit from a trial period depending on the duration of the contract.

II. Temporary Worker Management & Follow-up

  • How are temporary workers selected ?

Candidates are interviewed and assessed based on their skills, experience, and ability to work within our business sectors. References are also checked with previous employers.

  • Is follow-up carried out after the assignment ?

Yes. We follow up with our clients to assess service quality and ensure it meets their expectations.

  • Can we request a temporary worker we are used to working with ?

Yes. Whenever possible, we assign your preferred dedicated temporary workers.

III. Payments & Salary Advances

  • Can temporary workers request a salary advance ?

Yes. In accordance with regulations, temporary workers can request a salary advance through their Armado account, and the request is processed directly.

Salary advances are generated and sent once a week (every Wednesday).

  • How are worked hours approved ?

Hours are validated through a signed timesheet or approved by the client company. Timesheets must be submitted weekly. Clients may also enter hours directly through the ARMADO platform.

IV. Flexibility & Responsiveness

  • How quickly can you provide staff ?

Depending on the assignment, we can provide profiles within very short timeframes thanks to our pool of experienced temporary workers. Our agency opens from 7:30 AM to respond to urgent requests.

  • Is overtime possible ?

Yes. Temporary workers may work overtime if requested by the client company. Overtime is paid according to the applicable collective agreement.

V. Billing & Administration

  • How does assignment billing work ?

Billing is based on the actual hours worked and approved by the client company.

  • How often are invoices issued ?

Invoices are generally issued weekly once we receive the timesheets.

VI. Legal & Administrative Framework

  • Who handles the DPAE (Pre-employment Declaration) ?

The DPAE (Pre-employment Declaration) is completed by our agency before each assignment. Therefore, the client company does not need to complete any administrative formalities regarding this process. The DPAE is automatically generated when the contract is sent to the digital vault.

  • Who prepares assignment contracts ?

Temporary employment contracts and service agreements with the client company are prepared by Renfort Service in compliance with temporary employment regulations.

  • Are documents digitized ?

Yes. RENFORT SERVICE has been fully digital since 2020, meaning both our temporary workers and clients benefit from a highly secure service.

We have chosen ARMADO as our digital document management platform.
