MAIN MISSION

The event logistics handler manages the overall logistics of an event.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting up and dismantling event stands.
• Restocking supplies for event staff.
• Installing event animations and equipment.
• Loading and unloading goods from trucks.
• Assisting an event manager with logistics operations.

WORKING CONDITIONS

This job takes place in warehouses, logistics platforms, storage facilities, freight zones, train stations, bus terminals, airports, production plants, and retail companies, in collaboration with various professionals (production operators, logistics operators, forklift drivers, etc.).

• Work may involve shift schedules, rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, or night work.
• Tasks involve repetitive lifting of heavy loads (over 20 kg).
• The environment may be noisy, refrigerated, or high-temperature (e.g., metal foundries).
• Wearing protective gear (helmet, safety shoes, gloves, etc.) is mandatory.

BASIC SKILLS

• Loading and unloading goods and products.
• Sorting and distributing parcels and merchandise according to specifications (codes, size, weight, quantity, etc.).
• Moving products to storage areas.
• Arranging products by expiration date and storage conditions.
• Performing inventory checks.
• Identifying product characteristics.
• Detecting and reporting damaged or missing goods.
• Maintaining workspaces and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Salary: €10.00 to €12.00 per hour
